The LJFAT regular monthly meeting will be in the Lake Jackson Public Library at 6:30 PM on Monday July 5.

Thank you to all LJFAT members who volunteered or participated in the Firecracker 4 race yesterday.  We received a lot of positive feedback and set a new record on the number of participants.

Our next LJFAT Monthly Meeting will be held at the Lake Jackson Public Library at 6:30pm.  The library is located at 250 Circle Way (Behind the Lake Jackson Civic Center).

The focus of our next meeting is to discuss the upcoming Kiwanis Kids Tri, our clubs’ goals and finances as well as race reflections about the Firecracker 4.  How can we make this event even bigger and be more successful?

A very successful and longtime area runner, Melissa Hurta, will be giving a speech on “Dealing with Adversity”.

After the meeting, all LJFAT members are invited to go over to Chili’s for dinner and/or drinks.  We have reserved the back meeting room.  All members are responsible for their own meals and/or drinks.

Please come out and support LJFAT.
